The Asketerion

You are very welcome to contact The Asketerion with thoughts on the articles or any matters regarding the Hermitage. There is also a prayer requests page if you wish to be prayed for. We don't operate a comments box in the journal or at the blog. The reason for this is very much to do with the prayerful way that the pieces are written. Sometimes comments boxes can be used quickly and sometimes, though not always, thoughtlessly or with a view to creating unnecessary conflict. We hope that by inviting people to email us we can maintain thoughtful communication with our readers without the journal becoming sidetracked by comments threads, as can sometimes happen on the net. We don't rule out publishing emails sent to us, but would always ask for permission in these cases. It's always a great pleasure to hear from our readers. God bless.
